Meet Jennifer Levanduski who is a Executive Director with Pampered Chef & a CinchShare Brand Ambassador
Jennifer is a former band director, now full-time Pampered Chef consultant living in the north-east portion of Pennsylvania (outside Scranton) with her husband and their 2 children and 2 dogs. Jennifer signed up almost 7 years ago with Pampered Chef and “has loved EVERY minute of it”! Her passion is to help provide mealtime solutions to make it quicker and easier to bring your family back around the table to create memories that last a lifetime!
What Jennifer loves about her Pampered Chef business
My Pampered Chef business has allowed me to pay off 2 car loans, countless activities for the kids, braces for our daughter and more! I have been so grateful for the flexibility this business gives me as a Virtual Consultant! It allows me to be home with my family when they need me!
How big is your team and how did you do it?
I promoted to Executive Director by JUST doing Virtual Parties and have over 220 amazing consultants on my team. I have earned FREE vacations including a cruise to the Bahamas, the Hotel Del Coronado in sunny San Diego, Hawaii, Disney Elite and am now focusing on earning a 7-day cruise to the Eastern Caribbean!! I’ve also earned Excellence Awards for the past four years in a row! My organization is in Month Two Qualifications to become an Executive Team!

Why do you love CinchShare?

Do you host Facebook Parties?
Yes, I use Facebook and CinchShare to schedule every single one of them! I run no less than 4 and as many as 8 parties per week (16-25 per month). Batch posting is a life saver! It literally takes me less than 2 minutes to batch post an entire week-long party with 65+ posts!

What do you teach your team when it comes to social media?
I cannot stress AUTHENTICITY enough when it comes to marketing your own business. People do not want to be “sold to.” I make sure to share geniune posts from my kitchen, using my Pampered Chef products and simply sharing the recipes or ideas on how to make mealtime easier. You will NEVER hear me utter the phrase “who want to buy this?” I will instead show people the options that are available and demonstrate the value in our amazing products and let people decide for themselves.
