Freshen up your summer Facebook Parties for more bookings!
Summer’s here which means that everyone’s super busy with fun festivities, so how do you get those Facebook party bookings locked down? The secret is to offer potential hosts a variety of entertaining ways to party that will not only grab their attention, but also have them excited to book with you! Theme parties are where it’s at and we’re going to explain how you should be using them to freshen up your business this summer!
Offer them a mini portfolio of options!
Pick a handful of fun themes (no more than four or five) that you can offer to your hosts. It will take a bit of time to originally create your theme party posts, but once you have them done it’s super easy to batch them to reuse again and again in seconds! You don’t need a ton of theme party posts, we suggest having a Welcome post, a couple pre-party posts, a fun game or contest type post, a Join my VIP Group, a Join my Team and a Thank You post. Remember to include a Call-to-Action in all your post messages so your guests have questions to answer! Once your theme party scripts are complete, show your hosts the party themes that they can choose from. Not only will they feel like they have a bit of control with the planning and will know what to expect, but they’ll also love that their guests will be entertained with the theme of their choice!
Coach your Host
Make sure your hosts know what is expected of them and that you need to work as a team to have a successful party. Send them what they need with enough time for them to check it out and let them know that you’re always available for questions and that you need them to show how excited they are. Create a fun invitation that goes along with your party theme that your hosts can send to each of their friends along with the link to the party group or event as a teaser that will get them pumped! Pre-posts set the tone, so be sure to have a few fun ice-breakers that go along with your theme and make sure your hosts engage on all of them!
Time to party
No matter what the theme, having an upbeat and successful party is definitely your main goal! Planning ahead and having all your posts ready to go takes a ton of stress off of you and allows you to engage with your guests without missing a beat! They’ll appreciate all the attention and will be sure to take notice how on the ball you are throughout the entire party. This can easily result in more bookings!
